As the founder of Stitch Lightly, Zoica specializes in helping apparel businesses adopt sustainable and circular economy principles. She is passionate about ethical sourcing, Ecodesign, and creating closed-loop systems that reduce waste while maximizing resource efficiency and social responsibility across the supply chain.

Zoica serves as a Board Director for the North American Linen Association (NALA), where she advocates for the revitalization of flax farming and the adoption of regenerative practices in the textile industry. She is also an Expert Member at Resrcle, a dynamic community that connects brands, suppliers, and industry experts to make sustainable fashion a reality. Through Resrcle, Zoica offers webinars and educational sessions designed to empower industry professionals with actionable insights into sustainable practices and circular design.

From launching her own slow fashion brand in 2007 to leading sustainability initiatives today, she has firsthand knowledge of the complexities of product development, supply chains, and the evolving expectations of conscious consumers.
